Job description: Business Associate (Location: Mohali)
We are seeking a high-agency candidate with strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to join our team as a Business Associate. In this role, you will help support & expand our clientele and contribute to brand success, internal operations and research.
As the front-facing representative of the company, you will play a key role in building and maintaining lasting client relationships while gaining hands-on exposure to multiple areas of investment finance and global markets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are serious about building a career in the financial services industry while developing wide range of skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
· Interact with potential and existing clients across the globe about our financial products.
· Research transaction and trade disputes, delivering appropriate settlements.
· Study ongoing global economic events, develop research reports, and present insights to clients.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and world affairs.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and finance to deliver on projects.
· Contribute to ad hoc projects including research, content creation, marketing and social media.
Skills Required
· Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking ability.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
· Awareness of financial markets, economics, and global current events.
· High ownership mindset with a proactive, “can-do-anything” attitude.
· Willingness to take end-to-end responsibility for deliverables.
Good to Have
· Basic to moderate spreadsheet skills.
· Ability to effectively use Generative AI beyond simple text rephrasing.
· Understanding of technology, social media, and community platforms such as Discord.
· Prior experience working with business or retail clients.
