We are building a high-performance US Staffing vertical focused on direct client acquisition across IT and Non-IT domains.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven success in acquiring direct US clients in the staffing industry. The candidate will play a critical role in building recurring revenue for Scalin Service LLC while leveraging the strong delivery engine of Scalin Service Pvt Ltd.

This is a revenue-focused leadership track role.


Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and onboard direct US clients (IT & Non-IT staffing).

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.

Negotiate MSA, NDA, rate cards, and commercial agreements.

Coordinate with recruitment team for submissions and placements.

Develop long-term strategic partnerships with US clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Maintain CRM pipeline tracking and forecasting.

Explore MSP/VMS onboarding opportunities where applicable.


Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.

Proven track record of direct client acquisition (not vendor-only model).

Strong knowledge of:

W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models

US staffing compliance basics

Rate and margin negotiation

Experience working in US EST/PST time zones.

Excellent communication and closing skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.


Preferred Profile

Active US client network.

Experience scaling a staffing vertical from scratch.

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Comfortable in a performance-driven culture.
