Job Role -We are looking for a Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) who can manage guest interactions, handle customer queries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at the centre.

  • ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests professionally.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Manage bookings and guest coordination.
  • Explain activities, offers, and packages to customers.
  • Maintain proper communication with the operations team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and centre experience.
