Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food as per company's recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow FSSAI/SOP guidelines.
  • Ensure timely order preparation and excellent food presentation.
  • Manage daily stock, FIFO, and inventory records.
  • Control food cost, portion size, and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Support birthday parties, events, and high guest footfall operations.
  • Coordinate with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
