Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to join our freight brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients requiring freight and logistics solutions. This role requires strong sales skills, industry awareness, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in freight brokerage and logistics services
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients (shippers, manufacturers, distributors)
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings to acquire new accounts
• Understand client shipping needs and offer customized freight solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (freight/logistics preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of freight markets (FTL, LTL, intermodal) is a plus
