Job Summary: We are hiring Customer Care Executives to manage customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, emails, and chats. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain customer records and update system data
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow company guidelines and service standards
• Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork ability
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
