Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with internal engineering and design teams to ensure accurate system designs, costing, and successful project handoffs.

Post-Sales and Relationship Building: Managing customer expectations throughout the installation process and maintaining long-term relationships to foster referrals and repeat business.
