Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Collections

Department: Operations / Collections

Location: Mohali , Sector 74, phase 8B

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Shift: Day / Rotational / Night (as per process)

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Care Executive (CCE) for the Collection Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to ensure timely payments, resolving queries, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound queries related to outstanding dues and billing issues
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per assigned targets
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and company policies
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)

  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

  • Experience in BPO/Collections is an added advantage
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Collection targets achievement
  • Call quality and productivity
  • Customer satisfaction score
  • Adherence to compliance and process guidelines
