Job Title: Bank Loan Document Collection Executive

Job Location: Domestic Process (India)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle collection, verification, and processing of customer documents related to bank loans. The candidate will coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure complete and accurate loan documentation for smooth processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect required documents for Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Business Loan, etc.
• Verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain records of collected documents in the system.
• Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and messages.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document deficiencies and updates.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC norms.
• Track daily productivity and pending cases.
• Resolve customer queries related to documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Good follow-up and convincing skills
