Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and live chats to solve client issues.
  • Query Resolution: Diagnosing user problems and giving easy-to-follow answers or routing calls to the right team.
  • Data Management: Typing and updating client details and call logs into the company system.
  • Sales and Targets: Pitching service plans or product upgrades when required by the campaign. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
