Deputy Manager- SCM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Capable to handle supply chain complexity- machining, forging Knowledge (domain expert)
Should have hand on experience on SAP of material module
Should be aware of inventory management
Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement
Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
should be aware of capacity enhancement calculation and assessment .
Should be capable to do analysis and classification of components.
Capable to Prepare material requirement plan as per requirement
capable to coordinate with transporters and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost effective transport solutions
Should have Hand on experience of JIT and DOL implementation
Should have exposure of cost calculation of Components and new vendor development process
