Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Home Supervisor to manage day-to-day household operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling staff, maintenance, and overall home management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage household staff (maids, drivers, security, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the home
• Handle daily operations including groceries, supplies, and inventory management
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
• Monitor household expenses and maintain basic records
• Ensure security protocols are followed at all times
• Manage guest arrangements and hospitality when required
• Report any issues or irregularities promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home or property supervision preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems quickly
• Honest, disciplined, and dependable
• Basic knowledge of household management and maintenance
• Flexible with working hours when required
