Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performance paid acquisition strategies, with a primary focus on scaling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) alongside supporting Google Ads and omni-channel campaigns. (Boom. Right in the first bullet, Meta is the main character).
- Own the end-to-end management of Meta Ads Manager: from advanced audience architecting (lookalikes, custom audiences) and pixel/API setups to aggressive budget optimization and ROI tracking. (Shows deep technical capability, not just clicking "boost post").
- Analyze deep funnel metrics, conversion events, and attribution models to continuously optimize Meta ad spend and maximize performance.
- Drive organic growth through data-driven SEO and robust content marketing strategies to complement paid performance.
- Oversee social media content planning, ensuring absolute brand consistency and community engagement across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate closely with the design and content teams to produce a constant pipeline of high-converting ad creatives specifically engineered for Meta formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Hooks). (Highlights that they understand creative strategy for Meta).
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, taking full accountability for decision-making, task assignment, and campaign performance reviews.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent data, clear attribution tracking, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Stay ahead of the curve regarding shifting Meta algorithms, privacy/tracking updates, competitor strategies, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Good understanding of social media management and content planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable growth.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
