E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive to assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations for our client brands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping brands succeed online. You will work alongside our consultants to execute tasks, manage listings, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operation of client e-commerce channels.

• Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing & Optimization
• Upload, manage, and optimize product listings across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to listings.
• Coordinate product images, descriptions, and A+ content/enhanced brand content.
• Inventory & Order Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with client teams for replenishment.
• Track and ensure timely order fulfillment, returns management, and performance metrics.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain daily/weekly trackers and dashboards for sales, ad performance, and operations.
• Assist in preparing client reports and identifying growth opportunities.
• Client Account Coordination
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for task execution and updates.
• Keep checklists updated and ensure action plans are on schedule.
• Process Execution & SOP Compliance
• Follow internal SOPs for listing, cataloguing, content creation, and reporting.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements when needed.
