About Us
Sameway Rides Private Limited (Startup) is launching Milgaya, a new dating & matrimonial app that helps people find nearby matches with filters (caste, preferences, and more) and chat. We are expanding offline and hiring energetic marketers to bring genuine users through real-world promotion.
Role Overview
As an Offline Marketer, you will promote Milgaya in public places, offices, colleges, societies, events, and local networks. Your goal is to get real people to download, sign up, and use the app — not fake or low-quality installs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Milgaya offline at public places, offices, markets, societies, cafes, events, and similar locations
- Explain the app clearly: nearby matching, matrimonial filters, free chat options, and core benefits
- Help people download and register properly; guide them through first setup if needed
- Build daily outreach targets and bring genuine, active users
- Collect feedback from users and share market insights with the team
- Maintain honest reporting of leads, installs, and conversions
- Represent Sameway Rides Private Limited and the Milgaya brand professionally
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers
- Self-motivated and ready for field work
- Smartphone with internet; basic understanding of apps
- Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong hustle are welcome; prior field sales / offline marketing experience is a plus
