Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LED Bulb Auditor to conduct field visits to authorized dealers for the inspection and replacement audit of LED bulbs. The role involves verifying replacement processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned dealer locations as per the audit schedule.
• Inspect and verify defective LED bulbs submitted for replacement.
• Ensure the replacement process is carried out according to company guidelines.
• Verify dealer records, stock, and replacement documentation.
• Record observations and capture photographs as audit evidence.
• Prepare and submit audit reports on time through the company's reporting system.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding audit findings and discrepancies.
• Report any irregularities, misuse, or non-compliance observed during dealer visits.
• Maintain professional relationships with dealers while representing the company.
• Travel extensively as per business requirements.
