Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform grinding, polishing, buffing, and surface finishing of orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments.
  • Ensure smooth surface finish and dimensional accuracy as per production drawings and quality standards.
  • Operate grinding, polishing, buffing, and finishing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, machining marks, and surface imperfections from components.
  • Inspect finished parts visually and using measuring instruments when required.
  • Maintain consistency in mirror finish, satin finish, or required implant surface textures.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for rejection reduction and quality improvement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of medical-grade components.
  • Follow safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.
