Job Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive for our MNC client in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, handling guest queries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Criteria- Candidate (MALE/FEMALE) should have 12th qualified along with min 06-3 year of experience in QSR/Hotel/ Restaurant/Hospitality/F&B/Premium apparel industries and must be strong in comms. Candidate should be in excellent grooming standards, and a highly presentable professional demeanor.

NOTE - FRESHER CANDIDATES FROM BHM MALE/FEMALE CAN BE CONSIDERED.

FOR FEMALE ONLY THAT SHIFT TIMING WILL BE SCHEDULED TILL 11PM.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival 

 Assist guests with check-in, seating, and overall hospitality needs 

 Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner 

 Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns 

 Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and F&B teams for smooth service 

delivery 

 Maintain guest records and update feedback logs 

 Support special arrangements for VIP guests and events 

 Uphold brand standards and service excellence at all times 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 6 months of experience in hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

 Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude 

 Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints calmly 

 Basic knowledge of hospitality operations 

 Team player with a proactive approach 

Preferred Attributes:

 Grooming and presentation as per hospitality standards 

 Multilingual ability is an added advantage 

 Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays 

CTC - 3- 3.2 LPA+ one time meal+ weekly incentive between 3000-4500 (as per the performance) + 3 movies ticket in a month 

Age - Under 28 years

Locations - Delhi, Mohali, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

Shift - Rotational (9 Hours)

Interview mode- Virtual & F2F.
