Going to hospitals for tie ups with hospital Hr's.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Visiting Colleges and relevant institutes for recruitment.
Making contacts with hospital staff for hiring of nursing staff.
