Job Title: IT Executive / IT Support OfficerCompany: Shree Bala Ji ConsultantLocation: Mohali, PunjabJob Type: Full-time (Office-based)About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Executive to manage and maintain our immigration office's technical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office computers, internet networks, website updates, and assisting staff with client portals and data management.
- Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya karna hoga):Technical Support: Office ke computers, laptops, printers, aur internet (Wi-Fi/LAN) routers ko maintain karna aur daily technical issues ko solve karna.
- Portal Management: Immigration aur visa portals ko smoothly run karna aur staff ko online applications submit karne me tech support dena.
- Website & Social Media Updates: Company ki website par basic updates karna aur forms/leads check karte rehna.
- Data Security & Backup: Client data aur files ka secure digital backup rakhna aur Excel/CRM sheets ko maintain karna.
- Software Installation: Zaroori tools, software, aur antivirus install aur update rakhna.
- Requirements / Skills Needed (Candidate me kya khoobi honi chahiye):Education: Graduation (BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Tech) ya IT/Hardware Networking me diploma.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong basic knowledge can also apply).
- Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet Browsing, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Windows OS.
- Language: Basic English (technical terms samajhne ke liye) aur Hindi/Punjabi communication ke liye.
