Labour Helper/Mazdoor

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable helper to join our bags and luggage sampling team. This is a hands-on role that involves assisting in sample cutting and sewing, keeping the workshop clean and organized, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior craftsmen in cutting fabric, leather, rexine, and other materials as per patterns and measurements

Help with stitching, assembling, and finishing of bag and luggage samples

Maintain cleanliness of common areas including washrooms and storage rooms

Assist in receiving and organizing incoming raw materials and supplies

Run errands related to the workshop (local market purchases, courier drops, etc.)

Requirements

Physically fit and comfortable with standing work and lifting materials

Punctual, honest, and dependable

Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks

Basic familiarity with mobile phones (WhatsApp, calling) for coordination

Previous experience in a tailoring shop, garment unit, or bag manufacturing workshop

Ability to operate a sewing machine (even at a basic level)
