Job Description

• Reviewing mortgage and financial documents

• Sorting and verifying client files

• Income calculations and financial analysis

• Checking bank statements, tax documents, and liabilities

• Coordinating with underwriting and sales teams

• Maintaining file accuracy and compliance 

• Experience in Banking, Mortgage, Loans, Financial Services, Accounting, or Underwriting

• Knowledge of income calculations, bank statements, taxation documents, financial analysis, and loan structuring

• Previous experience with mortgage brokers, banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions preferred

• Strong attention to detail and document management skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Experience with Canadian, US, or International mortgage processing will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and financial documentation preferred
