Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Monthly Inventory valuation & preparation of MIS
2. Establishing controls along with slow moving/non- moving provisions.
3. Ensure smooth closure of Statutory/Internal requirements.
4. Evaluating Make & buy decisions
5. Control over change in material prices for various commodities.
6. Recurring BOM Analysis
7. Cost rollups in SAP-Co module along with control over changes in BOM.
8. Hands on with COPA module. Contribution analysis of the products and execution of plan for improvement. 
9. Process cost/overhead working for the plants.
10. Calculation/validation of monthly savings along with plant teams
11. Closely work with manufacturing team and control over manufacturing processes.
12. Creation of various SOP’s for the related processes.
13. Dealing with Corporate team for timely completion of the respective activities.
14. Regular dealing with after-market team for various activities.
15. Market/competitors benchmarking.
16. Cost Audit of the company.
17. Closely work with corporate team for closure of related party transactions.
18. Control over manufacturing expenses along with interaction with plant teams.
19. Physical verification of the inventory
20. To work on Internal processes & to study the areas of improvement.

Experience

Professional having experience of 6-8 years of manufacturing industry in a listed Co. working on SAP(must) (Automobile is preferred)
