Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Plan and organize periodic audits to ensure quality assured processes and systems.
Provide technical support to vendors to sustain and continuously improve in the quality of components supplied. Provide technical support to establish process stability / capability.
Identify need for corrective action by vendors for any deviations from established stand ards. Adherence to Quality Systems Requirements. Upgrade Supplier Capabilities through Formal Training.
Understand customer needs and correlate those requirements to product characteristics.
Supplier Evaluation. Ensure continuous improvement in Supplier Quality (GR and LR and Field Complaints related to bought-out component
