- Data Management & Reporting: Generating accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports ( HR, Operations, Finance ) and maintaining large databases.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to management.
- Automation: Using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables) to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshooting data discrepancies, maintaining database security, and coordinating system upgrades.
