Job Description
Job SummarySecurePath Security & Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Office Boy to assist with day-to-day office operations. The candidate will help maintain office cleanliness, support administrative staff, and ensure a smooth and organized workplace.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, government offices, clients, and vendors.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist HR and administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Receive visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Handle courier dispatches and deliveries.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
- Support office events and other operational activities as assigned.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by management.
