Job Description

  • Office Maintenance & Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting desks, cleaning workstations, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
  • Pantry & Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
  • Stationery & Supplies Management: Monitoring inventory and restocking stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
  • Clerical Assistance: Photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and assisting with printing needs.
  • Mail & Errands: Distributing documents, handling mail/parcels, and running external errands, such as making bank deposits or picking up supplies.
  • Logistics & Support: Assisting in setting up meeting rooms, rearranging office furniture, and managing waste disposal.
