Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across company and franchise locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead franchise startup operations, including planning, setup, launch, and initial operational support.
- Coordinate with franchise partners and ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Identify operational risks and develop effective risk-control and preventive measures.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and implement process improvements.
- Develop new, creative, and innovative ideas to improve business growth, customer experience, and operational performance.
- Work closely with management to convert business strategies into actionable plans.
- Conduct regular franchise visits, audits, and operational reviews.
- Analyze operational reports and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support the launch and expansion of new franchise locations.
- Handle operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong communication and coordination between management, franchisees, and operational teams.
