Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage PCD franchise network across regions
* Appoint new distributors and expand business reach
* Handle product promotion, pricing, and schemes
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in PCD pharma business
* Strong network of distributors/franchise partners
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Knowledge of pharma products and market trends
Salary: ₹ 75,000 or depending upon experience
