Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, experienced in campaign optimization, lead generation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ROI improvement.
Requirements:1–3 years of performance marketing experienceHands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong analytical and campaign optimization skillsKnowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, and conversion trackingAbility to manage budgets and achieve performance targets
