Job Description
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient utilisation of resources
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any production issues
- Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the production area
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to optimize production processes
- Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Achieve production targets by overseeing production
