We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding resident experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProperty OperationsManage the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Resident ManagementHandle resident check-ins, check-outs, and onboarding.
• Address resident queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and hospitality.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging community environment.
• Team SupervisionSupervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Train staff to maintain NCH service standards.
• Administration & ReportingMaintain occupancy and resident records.
• Assist with rent collection follow-ups.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to fire safety and security protocols.
• Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and government authorities when required.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, hotels, PGs, hostels, or co-living.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
• Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
