Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales

• Lead day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and monthly revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance and strategize to increase footfall and conversions.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
• Conduct staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain high employee morale and lead by example.

Customer Experience & Service

• Ensure exceptional customer service and a friendly store environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Manage inventory with regular stock checks and replenishment planning.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are aligned with Jockey brand guidelines.
• Monitor shrinkage, stock accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales, inventory, and team performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, POS systems, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation.

Skills
