Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in selecting bridal, groom, and occasion wear outfits based on their preferences, body type, and event requirements.

• Handle complete customer interaction from inquiry to final delivery.
• Maintain strong knowledge of:
• Female bridal wear
• Lehenga, anarkali, saree, gown styling
• Sherwani, bandhgala, tuxedo, kurta styling
• Indian wedding trends and luxury fashion styling
• Understand fabrics, embroideries, and handwork techniques such as:
• Silk, velvet, tissue, organza, georgette, raw silk, brocade, etc.
• Dabka, zardozi, mirror work, sequins, threadwork, hand embroidery, beadwork, etc.
• Guide clients regarding customization options, measurements, fittings, and styling combinations.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with production and design teams regarding client requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain excellent grooming, communication, and luxury retail etiquette.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Handle high-profile and premium clients professionally.
• Follow up with customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and walk-ins.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, celebrity styles, and bridal market trends.
• Support during exhibitions, fashion events, and festive/wedding season launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or Indian ethnic/wedding wear sales.
• Strong understanding of both men’s and women’s Indian wedding wear.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and hand embroidery techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convert inquiries into sales confidently.
• Experience handling bridal clients is preferred.
• Well-groomed personality with professional behavior.
• Basic understanding of measurements and fittings.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM/customer follow-up systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Team-oriented with strong coordination skills.
