ob Title: Secretary / Administrative Executive



Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary / Administrative Executive to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities: 

- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings 

- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters 

- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital) 

- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff or management 

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes 

- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary 

- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense records 

- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders 

- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations 


Qualifications & Skills: 

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience 

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role 

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- Professional attitude with a high level of discretion and confidentiality 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 


Preferred Qualifications: 

- Experience with office management tools or ERP systems 

- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
