Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control

Reconcile physical stock with system stock regularly

Monitor inventory discrepancies and investigate mismatches

Verify stock transfers between warehouse/showroom/franchise locations

Track negative stock and incorrect inventory entries

Coordinate stock audits and stock-taking activities

Ensure proper bin/location-wise stock discipline

Accounting & Finance

Manage daily accounting operations

Handle bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations

Monitor receivables and payables

Ensure GST compliance and accounting accuracy

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Track cash flow and operational expenses

System & Process Management

Maintain discipline within Zoho Inventory and accounting systems

Monitor approval flows and audit trails

Identify process gaps and operational leakages

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and purchase departments

Improve SOPs and reporting systems

Required Skills

Strong experience in accounting and inventory reconciliation

Good understanding of inventory operations and stock flow

Expertise in Excel and accounting systems

Experience with ERP/inventory software (Zoho preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to handle operational pressure and multi-location inventory
