- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Check and verify bar bending schedules, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records/documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or deviations to management.
- Verify measurements and billing of contractors/vendors.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Maintain compliance with local building regulations and company standards.
- Attend client/site meetings and provide technical updates.
- Ensure work is completed within budget and timeline.
- Support handover activities and final project inspections.
