Job Description
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors
Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards on site
Check measurements, levels, and alignment of construction work
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Monitor labor productivity and site discipline
Verify bills, quantities, and contractor work completion
Coordinate procurement of construction materials and equipment
Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations
Attend client and project review meetings
Manage civil, finishing, and structural work execution
