Technical Support Executive

We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Technical Support Executive to join our growing team in Mohali! In this role, you'll be the first line of defence for our customers, providing exceptional support through both voice and non-voice channels. You'll be the one they rely on to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure their smooth experience with our products or services.

Responsibilities:

· Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to our products or services.

· Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and product updates.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

· Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any of the following fields: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc. IT, BVOC in Software Development

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to effectively listen to and understand customer needs.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.

Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
