Job Description
- 🛠Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Karna Hoga):Client Counseling: Office mein aane wale ya phone par enquiry karne wale clients ko visa process samjhana.
- Profile Assessment: Client ki education, financial background, aur IELTS/PTE score check karke best option dena.
- Lead Conversion: Potential clients ka follow-up lena aur unhe register karwana (Sales target focus).
- Documentation Support: Client se zaroori documents collect karna aur filing team ki madad karna.
- Daily Reporting: Din bhar ki calls aur meetings ka record Excel ya CRM mein maintain karna.
- Stay Updated: Rozana badalte hue embassy rules aur immigration laws ki jankari rakhna.
- ✅ Requirements & Skills (Humein Kya Chahiye):Experience: 1-2 saal ka immigration sector mein experience (Freshers with great communication can also apply).
- Education: Graduate ya Equivalent.
- Communication: Hindi aur Punjabi/Local language mein pakad, aur basic English (SOP aur documents samajhne ke liye).
- Personality: Convincing power achi honi chahiye aur hamesha haste huye (polite) baat karni hai.
- Tech Savvy: Basic Computer, Excel, aur Email ka gyan.
