Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join Delhi Career Group. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students/clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain courses/services clearly and handle queries
- Follow up with interested leads regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data
- No Target
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing ability
- Experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
