We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team.

  • Third-Party Pharma Manufacturing
  • Pharmaceutical Product Marketing
  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
  • Explain our PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing services.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Record customer interactions and update lead details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into business.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
