Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining immigration services, generating leads, scheduling consultations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain immigration programs, visa categories, and consultancy services.
• Understand clients' requirements and assess their basic eligibility.
• Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated on company services and immigration process changes.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or immigration consultancy.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
