Job Description

Lead Generation: Make outbound and inbound calls to identify potential buyers and create interest in real estate projects.


Client Engagement: Explain property details, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospects, addressing queries with confidence.


Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups in CRM systems.


Coordination: Schedule site visits and connect clients with the sales team for further discussions.


Target Achievement: Work towards daily/weekly call and conversion goals while ensuring excellent customer service.
