Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Visa Counseling Process)

Location: Chandigarh

Salary: 15000 to 20000

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to support our visa counseling process. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through visa-related services.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain visa services
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to visa counseling
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the counseling team for further processing
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
  • Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes is an advantage
  • Ability to convince and handle client queries effectively
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach
  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
