Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Call customers to follow up on overdue EMI / loan payments

·       Convince customers to clear pending dues politely and professionally

·       Maintain call records and update recovery status in system

·       Explain payment plans and negotiate settlements where required

·       Follow company policies and legal guidelines during recovery calls

·       Coordinate with field executives when necessary
