We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Female Telecaller for a growing Real Estate firm located at Airport Road, Zirakpur. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want you on our team!
Job Details
Role: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Airport Road, Zirakpur (Mohali)
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Pitch real estate projects, residential properties, and commercial plots.
Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Keep a clean and updated record of all calls and lead statuses.
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English).
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner.
Prior experience in telecalling or the real estate sector is a plus, but freshers with good skills are welcome.
