Customer Care Executive

AirDesk Solutions are hiring enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates for the position of Sales & Customer Support Executive. The roles involve identifying potential customers, promoting services, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing activities to drive business growth.

Night shifts: 5:30pm-2:30am(rotational shifts/rotational offs)

What You’ll Do:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight bookings

· Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved

· Handle client inquiries via call and emails.

· Maintain CRM and sales report.

What We’re Looking For:

· 6months- 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing

· Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Punjabi)

· Basic knowledge of MS office and email communication

· Knowledge of airline booking portals

· Familiarity with booking for train/bus/airline

· Clear voice and professional behaviour

· Ability to handle pressure.
