Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Care Executive (CCE) or Telecalling roles. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, tracking shipments, resolving delivery-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication between logistics teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch, delivery, and shipment status.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries and shipment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams.
• Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily call reports and follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCE, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive.
• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
