Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated through leads, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/packages.
- Schedule appointments or vehicle inspections for the sales/store team.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the store and operations team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and customer handover.
- Re-engage inactive or existing customers for repeat business and promotional campaigns.
- Share information about ongoing offers, new services, and seasonal promotions with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and social media leads.
- Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer service during every interaction.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports, lead conversion reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Comply with all company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback.
