Job Description

Role Summary


Stock Pathshala is hiring experienced Telesales Executives who can effectively engage with


interested leads, explain our plans, and drive conversions through structured follow-ups and


strong communication.


This is a pure sales role, focused on closing and revenue contribution.


Key Responsibilities


● Make 100+ outbound calls daily to assigned leads


● Engage with warm/interested prospects and explain Stock Pathshala plans


● Convert interested users into paid customers / next stage of sales funnel


● Handle objections and guide users toward purchase decisions


● Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups


● Update lead status, remarks, and progress in CRM


● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


Daily Workflow Expectations


● Connect with fresh and existing interested leads


● Understand user requirements and pitch relevant plans


● Drive conversions through effective communication


● Drive conversions through effective communication


● Follow up with prospects until closure


● Maintain the pipeline and track the progress of each lead


Required Skills (Telesales – Sales Focused)


● Strong end-to-end sales and closing skills over calls


● Excellent Hindi communication (English is a plus)


● Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads


● Experience in high-volume calling with quality conversations (~20 relevant calls/day)


● Strong follow-up and persuasion skills


● Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset


Eligibility


● Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales (mandatory)


● Experience in EdTech/course selling is a plus


● Graduation preferred


KPIs(Performance Metrics)


● Daily calls (100+)


● Relevant/meaningful conversations (~20/day)


● Conversion rate (lead- sale)


● Revenue generated


● Follow-up efficiency
